About The Position

The Warehouse Associate picks and packs customer orders accurately and efficiently, helping ensure products are shipped safely and on time. The role also supports racquet service by installing strings to specification, identifying potential damage or defects, and repairing or replacing accessories as needed. Associates perform general warehouse tasks, maintain a safe and organized work area, assist coworkers during busy periods, and adapt to changing operational needs. The position has no direct supervisory responsibility and requires meeting current Level 1 performance benchmarks, which may be assessed and updated quarterly. This is an on-site role in Alpharetta, Georgia, offered as either full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20–28 hours per week). The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a possible weekend shift. The work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse with varying temperatures, moderate noise, moving equipment, and frequent interaction with warehouse machinery and operational traffic. It involves frequent movement and standing, repetitive handling and service tasks, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, with team lifting or mechanical assistance as appropriate.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products for customer orders according to established procedures and productivity standards.
Pack customer orders efficiently and support order fulfillment operations.
Select packing materials that protect products during shipping while maintaining cost efficiency.
Install racquet strings according to racquet specifications.
Identify possible racquet or string damage or defects and assess corrective actions.
Repair or replace racquet accessories as needed.
Complete tasks promptly and efficiently to meet operational goals.
Accurately record breaks on the timecard and resume work duties as scheduled.
Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized, free of clutter and debris.
Assist coworkers during busy periods and maintain team flexibility.
Continuously improve skills, procedures, and role-related knowledge.
Perform routine warehouse cleaning and preparation, including managing waste, breaking down boxes, and handling products.
Perform other warehouse duties needed to support daily operations.
Meet the current Level 1 performance standards or benchmarks.
