About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler at its Denton, Texas location. The role supports the holiday shipping rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, and keeping the workspace organized. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position pays $18.00 and offers weekly pay and seven shift-pattern options. Scheduled hours are 2:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. or until the sort is complete, including required cleanup; hours may vary with business needs. The season runs from October 27 through January 1. Overtime may be required when business needs require it, with overtime pay consistent with applicable law. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment, depending on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

The work involves repeatedly handling packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds. Employees stand or walk for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat. Warehouse temperatures may vary, and temperature control may be limited. The role requires dependable attendance for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed, and meeting applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities
