About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler to help manage the holiday package rush at its Louisville, Kentucky facility. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping the workspace organized, and helping packages reach their destinations safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position pays $17.00 and offers weekly pay and flexible shift options. Available schedules include 5:00 AM–9:00 AM or until the sort is complete, with several rotating day combinations. Hours may vary according to business needs. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27 through January 1. Seasonal team members may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to perform the physical tasks described, with or without reasonable accommodation, including repeated lifting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
