About The Position

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its network of commercial equipment dealerships. The role involves picking, packing, sorting, preparing, and loading truck parts for branch transfers and next-day delivery, while maintaining warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness. Associates use sit-down forklifts and order pickers and work with teammates to safely prepare pallets and shipping cages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass the required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack truck parts for branches across the Allstate Peterbilt Group network.
• Use sit-down forklifts and order pickers to pull orders.
• Accurately sort products transferred between branches.
• Work as part of a team to safely build pallets and shipping cages for delivery.
• Report quality issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Weigh, wrap, and load materials on trucks for next-day delivery.
• Help maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness.
