About The Position

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its parts warehouse and branches across the company’s network. The role involves picking, packing, sorting, preparing, and loading truck parts for delivery, while helping maintain an accurate, organized, and clean warehouse. The position uses sit-down forklifts and order pickers and requires working safely with a team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Candidates must pass a drug test and background screening; the company also describes itself as a drug-free workplace and requires a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass the required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well both independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack truck parts for all branches within the Allstate Peterbilt Group network.
• Use sit-down forklifts and order pickers to pull orders daily.
• Accurately sort products transferred between branches.
• Work as part of a team to safely build pallets and shipping cages for delivery.
• Report quality issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Weigh, wrap, and load materials onto trucks for next-day delivery.
• Help maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness.
