About The Position

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its network of branches by handling truck parts and preparing materials for delivery. The role involves picking and packing orders, sorting products transferred between branches, and building pallets and shipping cages as part of a team. The associate also weighs, wraps, and loads materials onto trucks for next-day delivery, reports quality issues to the immediate supervisor, and helps maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness. Daily work includes using sit-down forklifts and order pickers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass the required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack truck parts for branches throughout the Allstate Peterbilt Group network.
• Use sit-down forklifts and order pickers to pull orders daily.
• Accurately sort products transferred between branches.
• Work with a team to safely build pallets and shipping cages for delivery.
• Report quality issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Weigh, wrap, and load materials onto trucks for next-day delivery.
• Help maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness.
