About The Position

As a Parts Warehouse Specialist with RDO Equipment Co., you’ll help keep parts operations moving by receiving, stocking, storing, shipping, and delivering parts. You’ll support customers and teammates in a safe, organized warehouse environment while building skills with a company that invests in employee growth. The position is with RDO Equipment Co. in Pasco, part of the Northwest Agriculture division, which includes 10 stores across Washington and Oregon and serves local farmers.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic computer programs.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with a parts operating system is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload, and store parts in an organized manner.
• Assist team members and customers with parts needs through efficient communication and accurate service.
• Help manage inventory and maintain organized stock.
• Keep the showroom clean and inviting.
• Operate warehouse machinery safely.
