About The Position

This full-time Warehouse Associate role supports Cencora's U.S. distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The position handles pharmaceutical products and other merchandise to fulfill and ship customer orders, while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday: Sunday 8 a.m. to finish, Monday 9:30 a.m. to finish, and Tuesday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to finish. Overtime may be required and is mandatory in most distribution centers to enable real-time delivery. Pay is $20 per hour, including shift differential when applicable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hardworking, and dependable, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to walk up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred; one year or less.
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to protect pharmaceutical products and merchandise and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note discrepancies or obvious damage.
