About The Position

As a Pallet Sorter, you will hand sort pallets within a distribution facility while maintaining high levels of safety and cleanliness. The role supports the customer’s production through active, hands-on work. Relogistics is part of a pallet management services company providing pallet solutions, including supply, retrieval, on-site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. The position is located at 23000 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92508. The listed schedule options are second shift, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.: Thursday–Tuesday, Monday–Friday, or Saturday–Tuesday. The pay range is $19.50 per hour. Work may involve extreme conditions, including weather elements, heat, cold, and airborne particulates. Employees repetitively bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand throughout shifts of varying lengths. Noise levels depend on the work location. Required personal protective equipment includes eye protection and safety shoes; ear protection is mandatory at several locations. The role requires close, distance, and color vision. Employees regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 70 pounds. Requirements

High school degree or GED required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
Move pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the distribution center.
Check loads to ensure they are secure.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Coordinate trailer moves within the yard management system.
Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
Communicate regularly with the Shift Lead or On-Site Manager.
