About The Position

The Warehouse Associate - Maintenance is responsible for caring for the facility and completing cleaning and maintenance duties to keep the building clean and orderly. The role requires a dynamic, career-minded person who can work flexibly across various shifts and extended hours, follow directions, maintain workplace safety, and work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

Experience as a cleaner.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Good attendance and punctuality.
Good communication skills.
Good time-management skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions.
Ability to maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or move objects weighing 10–50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach frequently; sit, climb ladders or stairs, or balance occasionally.
Ability to work in environmental conditions with protection from weather but not necessarily from temperature changes, and in narrow aisles or passageways.
Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and with staff members, team members, and supervisors.
Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts and extended hours.
Ability to maintain and promote workplace safety.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of warehouse experience is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse safety measures.

Responsibilities

Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
Gather and empty trash.
Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Follow health and safety regulations and promote workplace safety.
Complete miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.
Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
