About The Position

The Warehouse Maintenance role analyzes and diagnoses problems and breakdowns in customer equipment, recommends appropriate service and repair actions, and makes repairs or modifications to resolve operating and performance issues. The position also performs scheduled equipment maintenance according to customer contracts and follows company maintenance procedures and policies. The listed duties are considered essential functions; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform them.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• HVAC certification.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, building systems, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Experience with power tools, lifts, and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer equipment problems and breakdowns.
• Recommend appropriate service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance problems.
• Make equipment repairs or modifications to address operating and performance problems based on analysis.
• Perform scheduled equipment maintenance according to customer contracts.
• Follow scheduled maintenance procedures and company policies.
