About The Position

The Warehouse Maintenance role analyzes and diagnoses customer equipment problems and breakdowns, recommends appropriate service and repair actions, makes repairs or modifications to address equipment performance issues, and performs scheduled equipment maintenance according to customer contracts and company procedures. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• HVAC certification.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, building systems, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Experience with power tools, lifts, and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer equipment problems and breakdowns.
• Recommend appropriate service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance problems.
• Make equipment repairs or modifications to address operating and performance problems, based on analysis.
• Perform scheduled equipment maintenance according to customer contracts.
• Follow company maintenance procedures and policies.
