About The Position

Parts Authority is seeking a professional, self-motivated Warehouse Associate - Maintenance to care for the facility and perform cleaning and maintenance duties, keeping the building clean and orderly. The role includes routine cleaning, inspections, maintenance, supply stocking, safety practices, and other assigned projects. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, varying shifts, and extended hours.

Requirements

• Experience as a cleaner.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication skills.
• Good time-management skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, or move objects weighing 10–50 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach; occasionally sit, climb ladders or stairs, or balance.
• Ability to work in potentially variable environmental conditions, narrow aisles, or passageways.
• Vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and with other staff members, team members, and supervisors.
• Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts and extended hours or overtime.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow health and safety regulations and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
• Perform miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.
