About The Position

The Warehouse Associate - Line Servicer maintains the supply of products and packaging materials for packaging lines. The role is based at the plant, reports to the Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager, and works the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The associate verifies that correct components and quantities are staged for production, keeps packaging components supplied during operations, maintains production records and accurate documentation, and moves completed stock to designated areas using a pallet jack or industrial lift truck. The role also supports the packaging department with other assigned duties and uses the Ross system.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Good math skills.
Knowledge and experience working in a production team environment.
Highly motivated, conscientious, self-managed team player.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work second shift and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

A college degree is preferred.
Computer skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Verify that the proper components and quantities are staged to meet batch production needs.
Communicate discrepancies to minimize the possibility of downtime.
Maintain an adequate supply of packaging components throughout packaging operations.
Maintain production time records for each packaging line.
Verify that the appropriate, legible shipper label is on each shipper.
Verify that the appropriate stacking pattern is used on each pallet.
Move completed skids or containers of completed stock to designated areas using a pallet jack or industrial lift truck.
Ensure each pallet of completed production is shrink wrapped.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist the packaging department with other assigned duties.
Use the Ross system.
