Warehouse Associate - Line Servicer Weekend
About The Position
The Warehouse Associate - Line Servicer maintains an adequate supply of products and packaging materials for packaging lines, ensuring components are available to support uninterrupted packaging operations. The role is onsite in Johnson City, Tennessee, and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position operates on a manufacturing floor in a temperature-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Extended periods of standing and walking are required. Protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and gowning, must be worn as required. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be required. The employee must be available to respond to critical shift issues outside scheduled hours as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of daily shipping and receiving functions.
- Three to five years of warehouse experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic math skills.
- Consistent and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities
- Verify that the correct components and quantities are staged for each batch using the Ross system.
- Promptly communicate discrepancies to minimize downtime and maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain an adequate supply of packaging components throughout packaging operations.
- Accurately record production time data for each packaging line.
- Ensure each shipper has the correct, legible shipper label before dispatch.
- Confirm that pallets use the proper stacking pattern in accordance with safety and efficiency guidelines.
- Move finished-stock skids or containers to designated storage or dispatch areas using a pallet jack or industrial lift truck as appropriate.
- Securely shrink wrap every pallet of completed production to protect product integrity during handling and shipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate packaging and inventory documentation.
- Assist the packaging department with other assigned duties as needed.
