Warehouse Associate - Line Servicer 2nd Shift
About The Position
The Warehouse Associate - Line Servicer maintains the supply of products and packaging materials for packaging lines. The role is based at a plant and reports to the Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with overtime as needed. The position supports packaging operations by checking staged components and quantities, maintaining component supplies, recording production times, verifying shipper labels and pallet stacking patterns, and moving and wrapping completed production. The associate also prepares accurate documentation, uses the Ross system, and assists the packaging department with other assigned duties. Crown is part of Revance’s portfolio of skincare offerings. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good math skills.
- Knowledge of and experience working in a production team environment.
- Highly motivated, conscientious, self-managed team player.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work second shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Verify the proper components and quantities have been staged to meet the needs of producing the batch.
- Communicate discrepancies to help minimize the possibility of downtime.
- Maintain an adequate supply of packaging components throughout the packaging operation.
- Maintain production time records for each packaging line.
- Verify that the appropriate, legible shipper label is on each shipper.
- Verify that the appropriate stacking pattern is used on each pallet.
- Move completed skids or containers of completed stock to designated areas using a pallet jack or industrial lift truck.
- Ensure each pallet of completed production is shrink-wrapped.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist the packaging department with other assigned duties.
- Use the Ross system.
