About The Position

The Warehouse Associate I processes wire and cable orders for shipping, supports local will-call customers, and handles shipping and receiving deliveries. The role uses cutting equipment and technology such as RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders. Associates build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages, using sit-down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move products within the facility. This is an in-person warehouse position requiring reliable attendance and transportation. The work takes place in a non-climate-controlled environment around moving machinery, including order pickers, forklifts, and heavy reels. Conditions may be hot and noisy, and some tasks involve standing in one place, pushing heavy reels, and getting dirty. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; flexibility to work overtime as needed is required.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
Be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
Be able to use sit-down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move products within the facility.
Be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and attentive to detail.
Have regular and reliable attendance.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now and in the future, without employer sponsorship.
