About The Position

Tellworks Communications is a logistics and supply chain company dedicated to Truth, Trust, and Simplicity. The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator moves packages and materials around facilities using a forklift, with care for efficiency and safety. Work may involve driving through warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. The role requires a responsible individual with experience operating industrial vehicles. The position performs general warehouse functions, including handling freight and inventory, transporting materials, inspecting equipment, maintaining records, following company policies and legal guidelines, and helping keep facilities safe and orderly. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to consistently stand, lift, and bend for an entire 8-hour shift.
Ability to understand, interpret, and follow directions.
Basic computer and RF scanner skills.
Basic math skills.
Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

2–4 years of warehouse experience.
Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Load and unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers or containers.
Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
Transport raw materials to production workstations.
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety.
Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities.
