About The Position

Tellworks Communications is a logistics and supply chain company dedicated to Truth, Trust, and Simplicity. The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator moves packages and materials around company facilities, operating a forklift carefully to support efficiency and safety. Work may involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. The role requires a responsible individual with experience operating industrial vehicles. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to consistently stand, lift, and bend for an entire 8-hour shift.
Ability to understand, interpret, and follow directions.
Basic computer and RF scanner skills.
Basic math skills.
Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

2–4 years of warehouse experience (preferred).
Forklift experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Load and unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers and containers.
Locate and move products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
Identify damage and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
Transport raw materials to production workstations.
Inspect machinery to identify repair needs and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety.
Maintain current inventory records and activity logs.
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and orderly facility environment.
