About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver manages daily warehouse activities to keep operations running smoothly. The role includes receiving, storing, and selecting products for customer orders; maintaining inventory accuracy; processing returns; and keeping the workspace safe and organized. The position may also support deliveries and requires the ability to drive a box truck delivery vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid REAL ID or passport, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet browsing.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Experience driving delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks up to 26 feet.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to drive a box truck delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, noting damage or discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for customer delivery or inter-store transfers.
• Process returns, warranty paperwork, and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage procedures.
• Safely operate a delivery box truck and material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with loading and delivering items as needed.
