About The Position

The Warehouse Associate keeps operations running smoothly by managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and selecting products for customer orders. The role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe workspace, processes returns, and operates material-handling equipment. The position may also support deliveries and requires the ability to drive box trucks. Basic computer skills are required; inventory or equipment experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Valid REAL ID or passport, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet browsing.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Experience with delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks up to 26 feet.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to drive box trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, noting damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for customer delivery or inter-store transfers.
• Process returns, warranty paperwork, and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage procedures.
• Safely operate box truck delivery vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading and delivering items as needed.
