About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver is a local, non-CDL delivery role responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently to customer locations, job sites, shops, and branches. The driver operates a DOT-regulated vehicle with a GVWR of 10,001–26,000 pounds, represents Reece at delivery locations, and helps ensure customers receive materials that support clean water and heating and cooling. Drivers are home every night. The role also supports warehouse or branch operations as needed and requires customer service, professionalism, and compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.

The position includes frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, along with bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, kneeling, climbing, walking, and sitting or standing for extended periods. Work may take place indoors or outdoors as required. The role also involves maintaining attendance at scheduled hours and onsite presence at the assigned location, handling delivery documentation, and communicating orally and in writing.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid Class C driver's license.
• Have a clean driving record and background.
• Be able to meet DOT regulations and requirements.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
• Be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach, kneel, climb, walk, and sit or stand for extended periods.
• Maintain scheduled attendance and onsite presence at the assigned location.
