About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience, strong WMS knowledge, and hands-on forklift experience. Key Responsibilities include operating a forklift safely and efficiently, loading and unloading trucks, picking and staging products, supporting daily operations, communicating effectively with team members, maintaining a clean and OSHA-compliant warehouse, performing inventory spot checks, and performing physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs regularly.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience
• 3–5 years of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Recent, hands-on forklift operating experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Current forklift certification (Required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to Relocate: Langhorne, PA 19047: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks and trailers with accuracy and proper documentation
• Pick, pull, and stage flooring products for delivery
• Support and help coordinate daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
• Perform inventory spot checks to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels
• Perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs regularly
