About The Position

MAG is looking to bring in a dynamic, energetic Warehouse Apprentice to join our team. As Warehouse Apprentice one would be responsible for helping Project Manager Electronic Warfare and Cyber (PM EW&C) stand up a new warehouse facility in one of their buildings located at APG, MD.

Requirements

US Citizenship
Microsoft Office Skills: Competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
Must have strong communication skills and the ability to read and interpret plans and instructions.
Ability to speak, read, and write with proficiency; and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently to address a range of issues while managing time effectively.
Must possess strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
High School diploma or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

Secret Clearance
Bachelors degree
Vocational training or certification is a plus.
Experience in warehouse operations including equipment receipt and shipment.

Responsibilities

Learn and operate Army Enterprise Resource Planning Tools.
Sort, store, and coordinate the issue of equipment to customers.
Coordinate the turn-in of equipment from customers.
Perform inspection of items to ensure quantity and items are not damaged.
Operate pallet jack, forklift, and other warehouse equipment to move and transport materials.
Build and assemble packages for shipment.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
Maintain clean and safe work area.
Generate reports.
Obtain Hazmat Certification within 18 months.
Prepare HAZDECS as required to support materiel shipments.
