About The Position

Rheem is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Delivery Driver to join its Minneapolis, Minnesota team. The role primarily involves pulling products for customer orders, preparing shipments, and loading trucks. The employee also supports route drivers and makes deliveries as needed, driving a non-CDL truck while following company safety procedures. The position includes handling warehouse equipment and helping customers and drivers load materials. The listed start time is 8:00 AM.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Be able to obtain or already have a Federal Medical card.
• Have strong attention to detail and math skills to ensure accuracy.
• Be able to follow directions and safe operating procedures.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift without assistance; weight varies by product.
• Be able to work on their feet, including walking for extended periods.
• Be willing to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders accurately for daily deliveries.
• Support route drivers on an as-needed basis.
• Drive a non-CDL truck and follow company safety procedures.
• Stage orders according to truck location and verify the accuracy of pallets and other items.
• Load trucks for daily and special deliveries.
• Use power equipment, including forklifts.
• Identify damaged products during any stage of the process and take appropriate action.
• Assist customers and/or drivers with loading materials into vehicles and trucks.
• Perform housekeeping and other assigned duties.
