About The Position
Duncan Supply Company, Inc. is a family-owned distributor of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and food service equipment and supplies serving Indiana, Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Central Illinois. The Warehouse/Delivery Driver Non-CDL Driver supports the Lafayette Branch by helping ensure customers receive needed products promptly and professionally. The role combines warehouse order handling with truck loading, unloading, and delivery duties. The company is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- US work authorization.
- For Hire Endorsement.
- Valid driver’s license and a record of safe driving.
- Meet DOT requirements for a Non-CDL driver.
- Pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Ability to pick and pull orders and verify inventory against packing lists.
- Working knowledge of computer systems.
- Ability to load and unload the truck and, when necessary, periodically lift up to 100 pounds.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
