About The Position

This position is within FUJIFILM North America Corporation’s Imaging Division, which provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Wall Decor Operator works in the production area, handling materials and operating and maintaining equipment with limited assistance. The position is based in Greenwood, South Carolina, and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of work experience in production or manufacturing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented team environment.
Focus on quality and attention to detail.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Press and cut products according to specifications.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of quality output.
Inspect jobs coming off equipment for completeness, accuracy, and defects.
Notify the team lead when tolerances reach the upper or lower limits of quality standards.
Forward completed work to the appropriate departments.
Inspect and prepare products for shipping.
Keep products organized and in the proper locations.
Dispose of trash and recycle items in designated locations.
Clean and maintain products, machines, and work areas.
Determine the materials and supplies needed before beginning production.
Communicate effectively, efficiently, and appropriately with employees.
Provide basic training to employees as needed.
Follow established Environmental/Health/Safety guidelines, including requirements for personal protective equipment.
Complete required paperwork according to procedures.
Cross-train in other production areas as business needs require.
Collaborate with the team on ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
