About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring Waitstaff to support dining services in its communities. The role involves providing residents with attentive customer service, helping them navigate dining options, assisting with meals and events, and maintaining a clean and sanitary dining room. No prior experience is needed; paid on-the-job training is provided. The stated wage range is $16.90 to $20.28 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food-handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining-room equipment.
