About The Position

The Predictive Index (PI) is seeking a senior partnership leader to own strategic relationships that will define the company's future. PI, a talent optimization leader, has a mission of “Better work, Better world” and has been recognized as a great place to work. With over 70 years of experience in behavioral science, PI aims to integrate its science into the AI era by embedding its solutions within HR systems, AI assistants, and collaboration tools. This role is crucial for establishing these integrations through strategic partnerships. The VP will be responsible for end-to-end management of three key partnership ecosystems: HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG), AI platforms (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft), and productivity surfaces (e.g., Slack, Teams, Google Workspace). The goal is to move beyond basic integrations to native, embedded solutions. The role also involves structuring commercial models and building the partnership function as it scales.

Requirements

12+ years in strategic technology partnerships in enterprise software.
5+ years leading the function or owning a partnership P&L.
A track record of personally signing and operating partnerships with major platform companies.
Real fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations (not channel or referral partnerships).
Working knowledge of today's AI ecosystem: MCP, LLM platform integrations, agent registries, developer relations.
Executive presence to open doors at senior levels and hold your own in discussions.
Patience for long-term deals measured in quarters.

Responsibilities

Own the relationships that will define PI's next decade across three partnership ecosystems: HR technology platforms, AI platforms, and productivity surfaces.
Drive partnerships from strategy through signed deal to live integration.
Move HR technology integrations from surface-level syncs to native, embedded solutions.
Expand PI's presence within AI platforms (MCP and LLM) to make behavioral data a grounding layer for AI-mediated people decisions.
Integrate PI into the tools knowledge workers use daily, such as Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Structure the commercial models behind each partnership.
Build the partnership function over time as it scales.
