About The Position

WEKA is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to join its executive team and help scale its go-to-market strategy, improve cross-functional alignment, and optimize operational efficiency. The role extends beyond traditional revenue operations, integrating work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. It serves as an extension of the CRO’s office and is responsible for global sales strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations. The position partners with field teams, regional leaders, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders globally. The VP will lead global Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; develop forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and compensation strategies; and optimize quote-to-cash, lead-to-close, and post-sales workflows. The role owns go-to-market systems, including Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms, and partners with Finance, Marketing, and channel teams on planning, performance measurement, quoting, and fulfillment. It also supports field and channel teams with accurate, efficient configuration and quoting of third-party hardware alongside WEKA software. The VP will drive data governance, dashboards, and KPI visibility, and build and manage a high-performing global operations team. Depending on the candidate’s background, the role may also include leadership of Enablement, Inside Sales, or other functions.
