Role Summary/Purpose: The VP, Provider Marketing Loyalty Leader – Health & Wellness is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a leader who excels at the intersection of brand building, lifecycle marketing, and high-touch B2B relationship management. This position will architect, launch, and scale an all-new B2B loyalty program. This program will be a holistic ecosystem designed to drive deep engagement through benefits and experiences, streamlined onboarding and white-glove support to our CareCredit Network of Providers. As the loyalty leader, you will lead a team of marketers, own the end-to-end strategy for provider engagement and resulting revenue growth. We are looking for a candidate that can balance high-level strategy with meticulous execution. Our Way of Working We’re proud to offer you flexibility. Occasionally you will be required to commute or travel for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.
