About The Position

The VP Product Management leads Product Management and Product Design across the enterprise, setting product vision, operating models, governance practices, and cross-portfolio priorities to help business units deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. The role partners with business unit and functional leaders to align product investments with enterprise goals and establish clear ownership, accountability, and execution across portfolios. The position advances Jostens’ transition from fragmented legacy systems, including 18 separate order management systems, toward a modern B2B2C platform. It helps unify commerce, data, and digital experiences to support personalization at scale, connected customer journeys, and portfolio growth that increases lifetime order value. As an organizational architect for product management, product design, and product marketing, the VP establishes a shared product language, consistent planning rhythms, discovery and delivery standards, role expectations, and cross-functional ways of working. The role also establishes portfolio alignment, governance, prioritization, decision-making, and outcome-measurement practices to guide investments, resource alignment, product performance evaluation, dependency management, roadmap planning, and execution. The position strategically deploys, coaches, and develops product management and product design talent; maintains succession plans; and fosters accountability, experimentation, healthy debate, collaboration, and sustained performance. It partners with executive leadership and teams across technology, marketing, sales, operations, finance, customer care, and external partners. The role also has personnel management responsibilities, including participation in hiring and employment decisions, performance reviews, corrective action, skills development, succession planning, and fair administration of company policies in coordination with HR when appropriate.
