The VP of Payments Strategy will lead Broadview’s Cards business, including the products, providers, platforms and services that process more than $5B in annual volume and support hundreds of thousands of consumers and businesses in Broadview’s footprint. This leader owns the Cards P&L, related vendor platforms/services/relationships, ongoing platform health, strategic planning, and disciplined execution of business growth, new capabilities, enhancements, and new solutions across our Card Processing and Network platforms. The role also provides clear reporting and actionable insight into the KPIs that matter most to performance, growth, risk management, and long-term value creation. As a key enterprise leader, the Vice President of Payments Strategy will support partner/platform/service/product selection, solution design, and delivery roadmap decisions and execution across critical segments, including e-Commerce, Operations, Finance, Commercial Banking, Member Experience, Marketing, and Lending. Success will require structured thinking, sound judgment, rigorous execution, and a strong ownership mindset. As Vice President of Payments Strategy, you will serve as the voice of the customer while developing profitable products that deliver meaningful value. Drawing on strong business acumen and a deep understanding of what drives product success, you will guide the launch of new products, campaigns, and capabilities; capture critical feedback; and ensure consistently outstanding client experiences. With a clear focus on financial growth, wallet share growth, operating discipline, and enterprise-wide strategy, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs, strengthen the business, and exceed expectations.
