About The Position

Joining DAZN as VP, Partner Account Management gives you the opportunity drive growth in one of the most ambitious sports media companies in the world with the rightsholders that power it. You’ll help manage DAZN’s relationships with U.S. regional sports partners—serving as their primary point of contact, keeping them informed, and making sure we show up as a best-in-class partner every day. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of commercial, operations, and strategy, and requires someone who can build trust externally while driving alignment internally. If you’re a natural relationship builder with a sharp commercial instinct and a passion for sports media, this is a unique opportunity to shape how DAZN is experienced by the partners that matter most. As VP, Partner Account Management, you’ll be the key point of contact for DAZN’s channel partners in the US. You will manage relationships with top-tier sports organizations like the NFL, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving growth within our partner channels. Working closely with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and commercial, you’ll develop and execute strategies to grow subscriber bases and meet or exceed business targets. This is a unique opportunity to work in a pioneering role within a rapidly growing sports streaming company. As VP, Partner Account Management, you will serve a key point of content for DAZN’s U.S. regional sports rightsholder partners. You will be responsible for the health of those partnerships end-to-end—managing day-to-day communication, delivering performance reporting, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure DAZN is fulfilling its obligations and maximizing the value of each relationship. You’ll work closely with colleagues in strategy, finance, product, marketing, and legal to translate partner needs into internal action, and to surface insights that inform how we evolve our approach. This is a role that requires both strong external presence and the organizational rigor to keep complex, multi-stakeholder relationships running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, account management, business development, or a related commercial role, ideally within sports media, OTT, or broadcasting
  • A track record of owning and growing complex, senior-level external relationships in a commercial environment
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. sports media landscape
  • Comfort with performance data and reporting—able to interpret metrics, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to external partners
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent DAZN credibly and confidently in external settings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and internal workstreams simultaneously
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach to working across functions—able to build alignment internally without formal authority
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort with data tools and reporting platforms a plus
  • An interest in and passion for sports and the broader media and streaming industry

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for DAZN’s U.S. regional sports rightsholder partners, managing day-to-day relationships and communications
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with rightsholder representatives at all levels, from day-to-day contacts to senior executives
  • Lead regular partner check-ins and business reviews, presenting performance data, flagging issues proactively, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the partnership
  • Own the delivery of partner-facing reporting, working with finance and data teams to compile accurate, timely, and meaningful performance updates
  • Serve as the internal advocate for rightsholder needs—coordinating across strategy, product, marketing, and legal to ensure DAZN is meeting its contractual and commercial commitments
  • Track and manage partner obligations, deliverables, and key contract milestones, escalating where needed to keep all parties aligned
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, priorities, and concerns, and use that knowledge to inform DAZN’s broader commercial and product strategy
  • Support the strategy and business development team on deal renewals, amendments, and new partner onboarding as needed
  • Monitor the U.S. regional sports landscape and keep internal stakeholders informed of relevant developments across the rightsholder community
