VP of Sales

EBAS Group•San Francisco, CA
•Onsite

About The Position

EBAS Group is partnering with a Y Combinator-backed AI agent platform built for hospitality. Its AI agents automate guest communications for vacation rental managers and independent hotels. The platform is positioned as one of the most frequently used tools in customers’ operations. The sales motion is working: the full account executive team beat quota last quarter, the top representative achieved 411% of goal, and deals close in an average of 32 days. Existing customers represent a 2.5x ARR expansion opportunity. The VP of Sales will own revenue and scale the sales team from 4 representatives to 20 by the end of Q2. The role reports to the CEO and is based on-site in San Francisco’s Financial District. The successful candidate will build the systems and team practices needed to improve ramp time, win rates, stage conversion, expansion, and renewals, while supporting enterprise deals and determining the role of channel partnerships and a dedicated enterprise segment.
