Duties / Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs and team. Perform leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws; responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Implement and set sales objectives and initiatives. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Define territory and act as an escalation point for sales team and customers. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that sell the benefits of our products and services. Develop the sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations. Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including networking, cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Increase client base and revenue penetration with existing and new properties. Draft and reviewing contracts. Report on successes and areas needing improvement. Other duties as required or assigned.
