About The Position

This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the division’s revenue growth strategy while leading a high-performing sales organization. The Vice President of Sales partners with executive leadership to drive market expansion, maximize profitability, elevate the customer experience, and strengthen Eastwood Homes’ position as the builder of choice in its markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including significant residential homebuilding leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-community or multi-market sales organizations and delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial management, forecasting, and market analysis capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, talent development, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of residential real estate, homebuilding operations, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, sales analytics, and performance management systems to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for all sales operations, revenue growth initiatives, and market share expansion.
  • Develop and execute divisional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Managers and sales teams to achieve exceptional performance and professional growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, forecasts, budgets, and sales objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership on market positioning, land acquisition opportunities, community launches, and product strategy.
  • Drive pricing, incentive, and inventory strategies that optimize revenue, absorption, and profitability.
  • Strengthen relationships with industry partners, Realtors, lenders, and key stakeholders to enhance business performance.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, customer focus, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage market intelligence, analytics, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure an exceptional homebuyer experience while reinforcing the company's Built With Care philosophy.
