About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive growth in our logistics services division, including commercial moving, warehousing, and transportation. Reporting to the president, you’ll set strategy, build and lead a high-performing sale team, and personal grow your own book of business.

Requirements

  • Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, and CRM systems such as Hubspot. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to create formula, charts, graphs, and pivot tables. Ability to learn and function as necessary with proprietary ERP system. Ability to effectively utilize customer relationship management systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or sales management.
  • 10+ years sales management experience building, training, and nurturing teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including data and financial analysis to support effective decision-making and prioritization.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
  • Willingness to travel as required to establish and maintain business relationships.

  • Deep industry knowledge and an extensive network of industry contacts strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of logistics services sales, targeting industries like healthcare and hospitality.
  • Led, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team

  • Track results and adjust tactics to hit revenue growth goals.
