About The Position

A growing hospital company in Dallas is hiring a leader to own and integrate the end-to-end revenue cycle across its hospital sites. This is a build-focused role: revenue cycle currently lacks enterprise-wide accounting or EMR integration, and the leader will replace disconnected tools and manual workarounds with a unified operation across every site.

The leader will oversee patient access, coding, charge capture, billing, claims, denials, accounts receivable, and collections; lead the move to integrated EMR and revenue cycle platforms; and establish workflows, KPIs, and reporting for rollout across sites. The role will drive improvements in clean claim rates, denials, and AR days; partner with finance, clinical, and operations teams on payer relationships and reimbursement; and build the function to support future hospital growth.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience across the full revenue cycle.
• Proven systems build and integration experience, including moving an organization from manual or disconnected tools to integrated EMR and revenue cycle platforms.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and building while the function is in operation.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-site or multi-hospital experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue cycle workflows, KPIs, and reporting, and roll them out site by site.
• Improve clean claim rates and reduce denials and AR days.
• Partner with finance, clinical, and operations teams on payer relationships and reimbursement.
• Build and scale the revenue cycle function to support future hospital growth.
