About The Position

Senior Helpers is seeking a highly collaborative Vice President, Marketing & Brand, to lead brand strategy, creative direction, and a highly engaged and capable marketing team. This position reports to Chief Marketing and Growth Officer. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and marketing execution, and involves brand storytelling, campaign/brand strategy, content creation, and digital initiatives designed to drive brand growth and business performance. The ideal candidate is equal parts brand builder/strategist, creative chief, and inspirational leader. This position requires tactical work and executive thinking and is for someone who has great instincts, moves quickly, and gets things done.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Franchise system
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in creative, brand, and/or marketing roles
  • Demonstrated success in strategically building/evolving brands
  • Experience leading integrated marketing and creative teams
  • Expertise managing multi-channel campaigns and creative initiatives
  • Strong understanding of modern content ecosystems and social-first marketing strategies
  • Familiarity/experience with AI-assisted marketing and creative tools
  • Balance hands-on execution with high-level marketing strategy

Responsibilities

  • Partner on brand strategy and lead execution across PR, creative direction, and integrated marketing initiatives spanning consumer, B2B, and franchise development
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to align performance strategy with compelling creative and messaging across SEO/AEO, social strategy, paid media campaigns, and conversion-focused content
  • Partner closely with leadership to align brand and marketing strategies with business goals and growth objectives
  • Drive integrated marketing initiatives that support lead generation, customer acquisition, franchise development, and long-term brand equity
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams including marketing managers, designers, copywriters, social media managers, content creators, and external media and PR firms
  • Streamline workflows by leveraging AI and technology where gains can be created
