UnitedMasters is seeking a VP of Marketing to join their team in Brooklyn, New York. This role is hybrid, with four days in-office and one day remote. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for building and scaling a social presence that moves at the speed of culture, turning UnitedMasters' social channels into a defining advantage. This includes leading a culturally fluent, fandom-native social strategy, setting the company apart from competitors, and building the team, operating model, and content engine to achieve these goals. The role also involves creating and executing a 360 marketing strategy to attract, retain, and engage artists and brands, owning the marketing budget, developing product positioning, and leading brand, PR, and paid marketing efforts. The VP will also serve as a connective thread across various departments, unifying the company's narrative and building efficient cross-functional processes.
