About The Position

Our client, a rapidly growing AI-powered healthcare technology startup, is seeking a VP of Growth to lead the company's revenue strategy and build a scalable go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will own pipeline generation, enterprise sales, customer expansion, and sales leadership while transforming a founder-led sales approach into a high-performing, repeatable revenue organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has a proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals and building high-performing sales teams.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, growth, or go-to-market leadership.
  • Proven success closing complex enterprise and multi-site deals.
  • Experience building and scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent executive presence with experience selling to CEOs, COOs, and senior healthcare leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare technology experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling into Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Long-Term Care (LTC), or Post-Acute Care is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth, including pipeline generation, bookings, customer acquisition, and account expansion.
  • Personally close enterprise-level healthcare and multi-site customer opportunities.
  • Build and scale the company's go-to-market strategy, including messaging, sales process, pricing, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
  • Develop repeatable sales playbooks and operational processes to support rapid growth.
  • Partner with Product and Executive Leadership to improve positioning, win rates, and customer success.
  • Track and manage sales metrics, forecasting, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, customer meetings, and networking events.
