Disruptive Brands is an eCommerce growth partner focused on building and scaling category-leading CPG brands. They act as a growth partner, owning outcomes like revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, Amazon performance, TikTok Shop expansion, and digital strategy. They specialize in high-growth CPG brands in Sports Nutrition, Beverage, Health & Wellness, and Men’s Grooming, emphasizing speed, data-driven decisions, and execution. This role is a critical leadership hire, reporting to the CEO, and will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance across major digital growth channels including Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Paid Media, CRM, Merchandising, Analytics, CRO, and Profitability. The VP will work closely with the Co-Founders to shape company direction and build scalable systems, processes, and teams. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, excels at problem-solving, builds elite teams, and is willing to engage in detailed work to achieve results, functioning as a company builder rather than just a people manager.
