VP of Growth

Arkeus•Stafford, VA

About The Position

The VP of Growth at Arkeus owns the company’s commercial footprint, pipeline expansion, and strategic positioning within the U.S. Department of Defense and its global allies, the intelligence community, and civil security agencies. This senior leadership role is central to Arkeus’ global expansion strategy, capturing major opportunities and building relationships with senior U.S. DoD leaders, Tier-1 drone manufacturers, and uncrewed-system OEMs. The role turns go-to-market strategy into contract wins and works closely with Australia-based leadership and U.S.-based growth teams to establish Arkeus’ AI-powered sensing systems as a perception standard for autonomous systems. The VP directly leads and develops Business Development professionals, Customer Success, and Integration teams, supporting a compelling customer experience for Arkeus’ growing deployed customer base. The successful candidate is a senior defense-tech commercial leader with experience selling disruptive capabilities to the U.S. military, strong familiarity with DoD acquisition pathways, and established relationships across the Pentagon and uncrewed-systems ecosystem. They will build Arkeus’ U.S. growth organization, scale revenue in allied markets, lead OEM integrations, manage acquisition processes, represent the company to defense stakeholders, advise the CEO on the U.S. defense landscape, and apply data-driven methods to improve growth performance.
