About The Position

Servier US is seeking a seasoned digital and data leader to shape how the company operates, makes decisions, and delivers value. This role will establish a business-led vision across Data & Analytics, Business Applications, and Digital Solutions, translating it into a pragmatic roadmap to enhance performance, patient impact, and growth. The position requires ensuring global alignment, technology convergence, and compliance. The US Vice President of Digital and Data with AI (VP DDA) will lead Servier Pharmaceuticals US's digital and data transformation, acting as a strategic partner to the US Leadership Team and various functions. Key responsibilities include building trust through disciplined governance, clear decision-making, and transparent communication to ensure priorities are understood, progress is measurable, and outcomes are delivered. The mission is to accelerate Servier US's digital transition and innovation, including through acquisitions, ensuring capabilities are consistent, efficient, compliant, and scalable while aligning with Servier's global direction. The role involves guiding business leaders on how digital and data will influence strategy, operating models, and work practices, and managing the Business Relationship Management (BRM) capability to translate needs into prioritized initiatives with clear ownership, realistic plans, and measurable outcomes. The VP DDA will coordinate the overall transformation, collaborating with the Global CIO and US DDIS leaders to ensure secure and coherent delivery of capabilities. This includes championing standards and architecture discipline to enable speed and innovation with clear visibility into risk, cost, and impact. The role reports directly to the US CFO and indirectly to the IS Regional Manager for the Americas, with close collaboration with leaders in Finance, Procurement, and the broader US organization.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in digital, data, and technology senior leadership roles, with experience across data/analytics, enterprise applications, and digital product delivery.
  • Experience in pharma, biotech, or other regulated environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of digital transformation, operating model and organization redesign, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
  • Technical expertise across data platforms, cloud (e.g., GCP), digital solutions, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Ability to connect digital initiatives to measurable business value (revenue growth, productivity, risk reduction, and customer/patient impact).

Responsibilities

  • Set the US digital and data direction: Define the multi-year strategy across data & analytics, business applications, and digital solutions aligned to US priorities and Servier Group direction.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the US Leadership Team: Bring transparency to decision-making, clarify ownership, and ensure priorities and trade-offs are understood and aligned with business priorities.
  • Accelerate adoption of digital, data, and AI: Drive scaled adoption across Commercial, Medical, R&D, Market Access, Corporate & Industry, and External Manufacturing to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Strengthen data governance: Ensure data quality, stewardship, and compliant use of data across the US affiliate.
  • Govern portfolio and architecture: Prioritize investments and ensure solutions align to standards and target architecture while meeting US needs.
  • Align global/local ways of working: Navigate and harmonize US and global governance and standards; represent US needs in global forums and escalate constraints early.
  • Lead change and capability building: Build a digital-first culture through change management, innovation, and upskilling.
  • Optimize customer experience: Map and improve end-to-end digital journeys across channels and touchpoints, enabling consistent experiences and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate impact: Establish KPIs and ROI measures for digital investments and use insights to refine priorities and execution.
  • Deliver a clear digital and data strategy roadmap while enabling sustainable adoption across the US affiliate.
  • Structure and transform teams amid organizational change and accelerating digital, data, and AI expectations.
  • Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the strategic planning process, including leadership commitment and resource allocation.
