About The Position

NationSwell is seeking a senior, enterprise-grade growth leader to drive new membership growth and steward/expand strategic member relationships. This role involves prospecting and closing new Institutional Members, serving as an Executive Sponsor for senior leaders, and managing the post-sale lifecycle with a Member Success lead. The ideal candidate will have an established network of senior-level impact leaders and a proven track record in relationship depth, business outcomes, and mission-driven work. The VP will act as an Executive liaison, serving as a trusted advisor to corporate and philanthropic leaders, shaping high-impact experiences aligned with member priorities. This role requires strategic judgment, hands-on execution, strong executive presence, and a refined servicing philosophy to enhance member experience and NationSwell's revenue durability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise business development and/or account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, or consulting roles, with direct ownership of sales and renewals, and ownership of expansion goals for a portfolio of complex accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new partnerships and meet new business revenue targets, in addition to expansion and renewal ownership.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for new segments or territories.
  • Established network of senior-level leaders across corporate social impact/CSR, philanthropic, and social sector organizations, with demonstrated ability to activate that network for both new business development and account growth.
  • Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, drawing on existing relationships and bringing sound judgment, discretion, and strategic insight.
  • Highly developed executive presence. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and engaging senior leaders with confidence and credibility.
  • Strong facilitation and convening skills, with the ability to read dynamics, elevate dialogue, and create inclusive, high-quality experiences.
  • Experience building, refining, and/or executing servicing motions, tools, or playbooks.
  • Confident and proven people management skills, ideally within account servicing teams.
  • Commercially minded and metrics-driven, with comfort operating against revenue goals and using data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborative leadership style: works seamlessly with cross-functional partners (Member Success, Studio, Growth) to deliver one unified experience.
  • High motor, entrepreneurial orientation, and comfort operating with cross-functional partners (Member Success, Studio, Business Development) in a fast-growing, evolving organization.
  • Facility with Salesforce or other CRM, preferred; must be skilled at learning new systems and maintaining tight documentation.
