About The Position

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better. At Assured, we provide large insurers with the software solutions they need to win in a modern, technology-driven world. From self-service claim-filing software to backend fraud detection, we’re the engine that powers claims processing for some of the largest insurers in the world. The challenges we face are deep and diverse, from creating digital experiences that provide comfort and clarity to claimants at their most stressed and vulnerable to orchestrating large-scale ML-driven decision-making on billions of dollars of claims payments, life at Assured is dynamic, collaborative, and rewarding. We are looking for a Vice President, Integrated Marketing to build the system and run the always-on growth engine in the named-account program in top US P&C carriers. You own how we get the story in front of the right people – at the company level and at the person level – and you own the relationship between marketing and sales. This is a hands-on leadership role with two complementary motions under it: Person-Based Marketing (winning the specific buyers and users – CCOs, CIOs, CAIOs, claims VPs, transformation leads, and key influencers – at the individual level) and Web / Digital / Events (building category gravity and multi-touch presence across the moments that matter). You will own the end-to-end integrated marketing touchpoints (ABM/PBM, paid, digital, SEO/AEO, events, lifecycle, web, etc.) and the marketing-to-sales SLA. If the system is on, you keep it on. You will lead a small, senior, AI-first team and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and the founders. This is the seat for an operator who can build a measurable, named-account growth machine from the ground up.

Requirements

10+ years in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing, including senior leadership of a named-account / ABM motion.
A track record building and running ABM/PBM programs against a defined, high-value account list – ideally enterprise or regulated buyers.
Fluency across the full integrated stack: paid, digital, SEO/AEO, events, lifecycle, web, and attribution.
Strong operating discipline – you build the SLA, hold the cadence, and measure pipeline by named account.
Proven people leadership and the ability to multiply a small senior team.
Comfort partnering deeply with sales and with technical marketing-ops/data colleagues.
High ownership, low ego, and a builder’s appetite for writing the playbook from scratch.

Responsibilities

Run the growth engine end-to-end – Own ABM/PBM, paid, digital, SEO/AEO, events, lifecycle, and web against top80 named carriers.
Own the named-account program – Lock the named-account list with Sales and the founders; scope and launch person-based plays against the top accounts.
Own the marketing-to-sales SLA – Define and run the cadence, handoffs, and service levels between marketing and sales so every named play has a tight handshake.
Build and lead the team – Hire, develop, and direct the team while setting the quality bar and operating rhythm.
Instrument the motion – Scope the ABM, PBM, and attribution stack and operate from the weekly named-account and other relevant data dashboards.
Make events a named-account vehicle – Treat every flagship moment as a named-account play, not a booth – with clean routing back into the PBM system.
Drive category gravity – Own the always-on web, paid, and search presence that compounds Assured’s visibility in the CCO/CIO/CAIO conversation.
Keep it compliant – Ensure every play, gift policy, and event format is screened against carrier anti-bribery norms before it ships.
