About The Position

Lamark Media Group started in 2008 as the back-office engine for agencies and media companies and grew for nearly two decades almost entirely on referrals and results. Today we’re a PE-backed, vertically integrated performance marketing company: proprietary technology, an owned supply chain, and our own demand to back it up. We’re expanding our outbound sales organization, and this is its most important seat. We are looking for a skilled VP, Growth - Lamark. You’ll lead new business for Lamark, our brand-direct performance agency. This is an outbound sales job for a marketer who can sell, not a seller who knows marketing: someone who talks channels, budgets, and measurement as a peer to any CMO, and turns long agency sales cycles into short ones.

Requirements

15+ years spanning performance marketing and client leadership, with a track record of multi-million-dollar new business growth.
Deeply fluent across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and CTV as a strategic architect.
A consultative closer with genuine executive presence and peer credibility with marketing leaders.
Self-sufficient: you generate your own momentum.

Responsibilities

Build and own a target list of mid-market brands, opening doors at the CMO and VP Marketing level.
Start every pursuit with the prospect’s business problem and architect the multi-channel solution that fixes it.
Close committed, multi-service engagements and structure deals that grow.
Bring our differentiators to life: portfolio-style media management, owned supply economics, and data science that proves what’s working.
Recruit and develop the growth team as the lane scales.
