This person is the engine of Lamark’s new business operation, converting inbound opportunity and powering the pitches that win.

Requirements

5 - 8+ years in growth, business development, or account management in a digital marketing or agency environment.
A marketer at heart, fluent across the full breadth of digital services.
A sharp writer and polished presenter, confident with executives.
Organized, proactive, and relentless on follow-up.
Self-sufficient: you generate your own momentum.

Responsibilities

Own the inbound and referral pipeline end to end: qualification, proposal, pitch, close, and handoff to onboarding.
Lead RFP and RFI responses and build persuasive, customized pitch presentations with our internal teams.
Stay two steps ahead of every pursuit: research the prospect before every meeting, brief executives quickly, and pull in the right experts at the right time.
Support senior-led outbound with target research and early-stage deal progression.
Build the new business machine: CRM discipline, pipeline reporting, and proposal processes that improve win rates.
