SharkNinja is seeking a visionary leader to own and architect the future of social commerce, with a primary focus on TikTok Shop in the Americas. This high-visibility role reports directly to the SVP, Global Direct to Consumer and is responsible for defining global strategy, building infrastructure, and driving Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) across TikTok Shop in the Americas. The scope extends to setting the global direction for live commerce, social affiliate programs, and new market launches across various social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Social Commerce. The role involves owning TikTok Shop across the Americas, encompassing affiliate strategy, live selling operations, creator activation, product prioritization, and promotional architecture. It also requires building and scaling live commerce capabilities, developing a TikTok Shop playbook for global adoption, and maintaining a direct partnership with TikTok for early access to new features and opportunities. Globally, the VP will define and execute the social commerce strategy, integrating organic, paid, creator commerce, and shoppable content. This includes owning the annual and quarterly planning cycle, setting KPIs, allocating investments, and establishing global standards for live streaming and social commerce. The role also involves identifying, piloting, and scaling new platform opportunities. Furthermore, the position leads the global strategy and launch framework for new social commerce market entries, partnering with regional leads to ensure successful setups and building a repeatable market launch playbook. A key responsibility is building and leading a global creator commerce ecosystem, defining creator tiering, commission structures, and performance incentives to maximize ROI and optimize both brand-building and direct commerce conversion. Cross-functional leadership is crucial, serving as the executive point of contact for social commerce business reviews and partnering with various teams (Brand, Performance Media, Retail, DTC, Finance, NPD) to embed social commerce in go-to-market plans. The role requires aligning regional leaders to global strategy while empowering local adaptation. Finally, the VP will own the global measurement framework, including GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, affiliate attribution, and audience growth, with a focus on enabling real-time decisions. A continuous test-and-learn agenda will be essential to advance SharkNinja's social commerce maturity.
